Delivery Information

PLACE YOUR ORDER AND WE’LL GET OUR SKATES ON

We aim to ship all orders within two working days (Monday to Friday), subject to payment authorisation and stock availability, but during peak periods this may change.

In busy sales periods (like over Christmas), deliveries may take slightly longer. But like little elves we’ll still aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shopping over the weekend? No orders are sent out on a Sunday so if time is an issue, factor that in when you’re buying.

All orders are sent in plain packaging to avoid awkward conversations.

We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries to your area, including extreme weather etc

Got something wrong? Contact us if you need to change something and we’ll do our best to help. However, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse we will be unable to make any amendments and the parcel will be dispatched as ordered.

Outside Greater Accra & Tema

Approx 2-5 Working Days

GHS 35 depending on weight (This fee is waived if order is GHS250 or more)

Deliveries within Greater Accra & Tema will be made between 11am-6:00pm Monday – Saturday. For standard deliveries, we will aim to get your order to you within 1-2 working days after placing your order subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.

For deliveries outside Greater Accra & Tema, a delivery fee of 35ghs will be charged depending on the weight of the item. Delivery will be made by bus to the various bus stations or by DHL. Clients can request for a particular means of delivering the order but Trendy Essentials will not be held responsible for loss or damage to package.

 

HOW WILL I GET MY ORDER?

After your order is prepared you will receive a call from our Customer Care asking you to verify your order and the address you want your item delivered to.

IF YOU ARE IN ACCRA/TEMA, our dispatch riders will deliver to you in the comfort of your home or office.

IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE GREATER ACCRA REGION, you will be required to pay a fee of 50ghc so that we can send to you by bus. After payment is done, we will send to the parcel office of OA/VIP bus station. You can request for a different bus at your own risk.


I MISSED MY DELIVERY. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

We’ll attempt to re-deliver your order again the next working day.

 

WILL I BE CONTACTED BEFORE A DELIVERY IS MADE TO MY LOCATION?

Yes, our delivery person will contact you to confirm your availability and exact location.


DOES TRENDY ESSENTIAL DO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?

No, we currently do not offer this service.

DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O BOXES?

No, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Address has to be a physical location.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?

Yes you will need to sign for your parcel.
