Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your new Trendy Essential item as much as we do. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it meets the below returns policy.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
– Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase.
– Items must be unworn and unwashed.
– Grooming products, pierced jewellery, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
– Items that have been personalised or customised cannot be returned.
– International deliveries cannot be returned.
– Items must have all tags attached.
– Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
– Any return must be made at your own cost.
I WANT TO RETURN A FAULTY PRODUCT
In the rare event you have a faulty item, please return to us within 3 days of receipt of the faulty goods for repair or an exchange, if the product returned is out of stock, the client can choose among the items in stock at the time of the return for equivalent value. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning. You can do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I DON’T WANT THE PRODUCT ANYMORE.
Item(s) must be returned within 3 days after the particular order is received, product must be in the same condition and packaging they were delivered in.
If client opts to have his/her money refunded, it will be repaid via the same mode the payment was made.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at email@example.com and we will check on it for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN AND HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 2-3 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer and provided the return is matching the returns conditions.
DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING/DELIVERY CHARGE?
Unfortunately we do not refund delivery charges on orders.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us (within 3 days of receiving the item) and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item, please follow the steps stated in ‘HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?’

Step 1: Log your return request
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to create your return.
Step 2: Pack your product
Pack your product according to the return policy conditions.
Include all tags, accessories or free gifts you received
Step 3: Return your product to the below address….

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO INITIATE MY RETURN?
You can return your items to the above address within 3 days of delivery. For example: If you received your order on the 10th, then you have until the 13th to return the item.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN ALL PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER?
No, you do not have to return your whole order. You can return certain product(s) but this must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
WHAT IF MY RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MEET THE RETURNS POLICY?
If your return does not meet our returns policy, then we will not be able to process your exchange or refund.
Please note that we will make 2 attempts to return the product to you at your cost. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS AFTER THE TIMELINE TO RETURN HAS EXPIRED?
Sorry, returns are not possible after the 3 days return period.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN ANY FREE GIFTS WHEN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes, any free gift must also be returned.
